Cuor di Pasta is a pasta with an intense aroma that recalls authentic flavours of our Territory.
The semi-integral milling process preserves unaltered the nutraceutical properties of the wheat and gifts the pasta with an unmistakable persistent taste and optimal cooking hold.
The entire process fully complies with the artisanal pasta-making tradition. The Italian Bronze Drawn Slow Dried “Cuor di Pasta” is rough and porous, easily withstands cooking and is perfectly suitable for a variety of sauces or dressings.
